Most top officials of producing agents have the highest regard. A top producing agent is assigned a state that is almost like God. Since being put on a pedestal for many years during my sales career, I’ll give you an undeniable truth. Each and every one of us has a high production agent within us trying to get out. Every person has God-given ability to produce at a stratospheric level. High producers are ordinary people doing extraordinary things happen. There are three components that enable high-producing agents excel in their businesses.
1. They are very organized in certain facets of your business. Organization is strong, systems and procedures. The success of McDonald’s “is not built for having the best food in town. It is based on two fundamental principles: the coherence and systems. You can get a Big Mac in Los Angeles, California, Portland, Oregon, or in Paris, France , and all are the same. The cost will be different but the taste and quality are the same. Why? Because the systems and procedures used in the preparation and cooking are consistent. They are the same or more to prepare for a Big Mac
What if your business could work well? And if, when a site goes into the processing stages and follow-up were exactly the same each time? Could you possibly expand a business that is repeated with the same results each time? I know I could.
To create a solid repeatable business, organization is a necessity. Organization is derived from the creation of systems for all aspects of your business. The creation of systems to prospects, past clients, offers, advertisements, magazines, presentations, prospecting, custody, and all we do regularly in your company will provide the actual organization.
2. The management staff. Major build strong teams. Create a team of specialists in each position. The world has taken the path of specialization. Successful teams are specialists for specific functions. Look at the NFL. Forty years ago, players played both offense and defense. Today we have the return of nickel, designated rushing linemen, run the linemen in front of the third through the halls, etc. The most successful teams that qualified players. Creation and management of this zoo is the key.
The most important key for management is to hire the right people. Make sure your staff has the characteristics and qualities you want before being hired. If you expect a strong work ethic of their staff, then you better hire someone who has one. You can not teach, train or bus to their staff with a strong work ethic.
3. Strong prioritization skills. Most of us do not get everything done, we want all day. We are just a hole in our lists. Prioritizing is essential for us to move forward every day for success. Prioritize and organize morning before leaving the office today. Be sure to fill high-paying work everyday activities. Do not forget to do things that drive your business. Saute the folder, and make work to generate new business daily. My top priority has been to generate new business daily. If I can do anything, but it needs to generate new business daily, was a great day.
From the priorities of its staff in line with it, let’s make a list of tasks before leaving for the day. Ask them to put on the table, so you can change the priority of activities. Often, officers will be the priorities of five, ten, eleven years before making one, two and three. Make sure your production, helping to set priorities. Reduce the frustration of thinking that are not getting anything done, either to help make major daily priorities.
There is no magic solution to success. There is no magic pill or a marketing plan to become a leading producer. I realize that there is always someone trying to sell a magic solution. It is in the daily disciplines of a champion. The success lies in its organization, management and priorities. This may not be as exciting as finding the magic solution, but it happens to be true. Remember always the truth shall make you free.
